HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

STEP 1: LOGIN

Login to the In-Shape Mobile App on your smart device or Member Hub to make these changes.

STEP 2: FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. You do not need a reservation to visit the club. Reservations are required for studio classes and select amenities including pool lanes, tennis, pickleball and racquetball courts.

    1. Tap Book Now in the Reservations tile on the home screen

    2. Tap the + Add Reservations button

    3. Select Find An Activity

    4. Confirm the club location and member(s) you’d like to make a reservation for. By default, the main member and home club are selected. Tap Join a Class to select a studio class or Reserve an Amenity to select an amenity, then tap Next

    5. Select the date and time you'd like to book your class or amenity, then tap Next

    6. Review and agree to the Reservations Terms & Conditions and click Next

    7. Your reservation is now complete. You will see a confirmation message and receive an email confirmation. You can edit/cancel your reservation any time before your reservation begins.

RESERVATION FAQS

WILL I NEED A RESERVATION TO VISIT THE CLUB?

No, you do not need a reservation to visit the club. Reservations are still required for group fitness classes, Kid Zone and select amenities including pool lanes, tennis, pickleball and racquetball courts. Amenity reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance and each amenity may be reserved up to 3 times per day.

I DON'T SEE THE RESERVATIONS OPTION IN THE APP, WHAT'S GOING ON?

If you don't see the Reservations tile on the home screen, make sure you are using the newest In-Shape Fitness app. The app icon should have a kettlebell on it. You can download the app at the links below.

I DON'T HAVE A SMARTPHONE, HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Login to the Member Hub on any desktop. See above for instructions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CLUB AND I HAVE A RESERVATION FOR AN AMENITY OR CLASS?

If you can’t make it to the club, please cancel your amenity reservation so another member may take that slot. You can then rebook another amenity or studio class the same day or a different day, pending availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A RESERVATION FOR AN AMENITY OR CLASS AND DON’T SHOW UP?

Your reservation will automatically cancel at the end of the 30-minute reservation window. It will not show as a check-in. You can rebook your amenity or studio class for another time the same day or another day, pending availability. As a courtesy to our members, we do ask that if you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation so another member may use that slot.
