HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AND SET UP THE IN-SHAPE FITNESS APP?

1. Download the In-Shape Fitness app from the Apple App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android)
2. Open the app. 
3. Select Create A Login and enter your Membership Number. Add your email and set your password. You'll need to verify your email address, so make sure it's an account you have access to.
4. Enter the verification code you received via email and you’re all set!

HOW DO I RESET MY LOGIN OR FIND MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?

1. Click here to reset your Login
2. If you don’t know your Membership Number, click Membership Lookup on the link above and follow the prompts.
