Our 29-Minute Circuit® is a 13-station workout routine all fitness levels can enjoy. This fun routine combines resistance training with aerobic exercise to give you a total-body workout in less than 30 minutes–perfect for anyone looking to do a lot of work in little bit of time.
Get ready to feel the power with BODYPUMP®, the original LES MILLS® barbell class. Whether you've never picked up a barbell or lift heavy in the weight room, this full-body workout is for you. Through fun music, great instructors and moves like squats, curls and deadlifts, you'll sculpt, tone and tighten your entire body.
This class uses strength training techniques and exercises to help you develop strength and build confidence! You'll increase power, muscle size and stamina. Throughout the class, you use 3 sets of dumbbells to build strength in your full-body, lower-body, or upper-body. Each class includes a warm-up, cool-down, 2 strength circuits and 2 burnout challenges that are all rooted in our MOVE7 training system.
