How do I download and log into the In-Shape Personal Training App?

You can download the In-Shape Personal Training app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once installed, open the app and enter your phone number associated with your gym membership. Then, click "Receive Verification Code" to get an OTP sent to your number. Once you receive the code, enter it in the designated fields, and that’s it—you’re logged in and ready to go!

What if I am unable to log into the app?

If you are not able to log into the app - contact your Trainer, and they will be able to assist you.

What is a FitStart?

FitStart is your introductory trial session with a trainer, designed to kickstart your fitness journey and set you up for success. You can book it from your Client App.

How do I book my Fit Start training session?

You can easily book your FitStart from the homepage. The homepage is dynamic, so if you haven’t yet conducted your FitStart yet, a banner will be there, prompting you to schedule it. Once you click on the banner, follow the flow and select your trainer, pick a date and time, and once all details are finalized click on book a session.  The session will show in yellow while waiting for the trainer’s confirmation. Once confirmed, you’ll get a notification, and the session will turn purple.

How can I book a session?

To book a session, click "Book a Session" on the homepage, select all the details and once you complete the process, a notification will be sent to your trainer. The session will appear as "Pending" in yellow on your calendar until confirmed by your trainer, at which point it will turn purple.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes! In your calendar, select your booked session and tap "Reschedule" to pick a new time. 

What if I need to cancel a session?

You can cancel a session by going to your calendar, selecting the session you wish to cancel, and clicking on the "Training Session" tab. On the session details page, you'll find the "Cancel Session" button. Click it, confirm your cancellation, and your trainer will be notified. Be sure to cancel in the app and inform your trainer at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

How do I view my upcoming sessions?

On the homepage, you will see your calendar, with upcoming sessions marked in purple. Sessions awaiting trainer confirmation will be yellow.

How can I buy a package?

The "Store" button on your toolbar allows you to purchase packages easily. Choose between Pay in Full or Recurring, select your sessions, and review package details like price, validity, and payment options. Once ready, click "Continue to Signature" to complete your purchase

How do I update my payment method?

The last button on the toolbar, Profile, includes a Saved Cards tab. Click it, then select Add Card to enter your card details. Once entered, click Save to add your new card. To remove a card, tap Edit in the upper right corner, then click the minus icon to delete it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The last button on the toolbar, Profile, features a Recurring tab where you can manage your recurring packages. Click on it, select Active Packages, and tap Cancel to stop a package. A subscription can only be canceled after you have completed first 3 months. 

How do I freeze my subscription?

The last button on the toolbar, Profile, features a Recurring tab where you can manage your recurring packages. Click on it, select Active Packages, and tap Freeze to pause a package.

Why am I being asked to Acknowledge a session?

Acknowledging a session acts as a digital signature and confirmation from you that the session took place. It ensures that both you and your trainer are aligned on the completion of the session, and it helps your trainer schedule future sessions - Unless the session is acknowledged, your trainer won't be able to schedule your next session.

Go to your profile, the last button on the toolbar, and click "Contact Us" under the Help & Support section.
