Learn the fundamentals in a fun, engaging environment, then apply new skills in open play at the end of class. This class covers dinks, resets, drops, serves, and returns. Intro to Pickleball is highly suggested before advancing to this class. (60 minutes)
For players with a skill level of 3.0 or higher. This class introduces basic strategy, shot selection, control, and consistency. Players will work with partners on court positioning, reading opponents, volleying, and refining fundamental skills. (60 minutes)
For players with a skill level of 4.0 or higher. This class focuses on advanced strategy, technique, and execution, including minimizing unforced errors, attacking opponent weaknesses, defending against pressure, and refining overall mastery of the game. (60 minutes)
A fast-paced, rotation-style class designed to elevate your game. Players rotate through courts practicing key skills like dinks, resets, drops, serves, and returns through focused drills that build consistency and control.
This 1-hour class emphasizes skill development, footwork, and personalized coaching in a fun, high-energy environment. Open play at the end allows you to apply what you’ve learned in real game situations. Intro to Pickleball is highly recommended before attending.
Join us for fun, community-based pickleball socials designed for all RQT pickleball players. These events are held the second weekend of every month and focus on friendly play, connection, and extended court time in a relaxed environment.

For tennis players with a skill level of 3.0 or higher, this class will including directional control and depth on both forehand and backhand sides plus the ability to use lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys. (60 minutes)

Court Conditioning class is designed for members who love to play our various court sports, whether it's pickleball, racquetball, tennis, handball or others. The class will feature "stations" with various speed and balance drills set up with interval style training. Participants will need to bring plenty of water, a towel and a great work ethic as this class will test your stamina, while improving your foot work and overall balance.
A fun, engaging rotation of organized play for RQT members. Up to 8 players will rotate opponents in games to 15. In-Shape Coaches will organize matches to blend skill levels. (2 hours)
