While logged in:
You can update your password via the mobile app or the Member Hub on inshape.com.
In the app: Select Profile located in the menu at the top left of the app, then scroll down to the Password section and click the pencil.
In the Member Hub: Click on your name in the top right corner and select Change Password
While Not Logged In:

- Select Forgot Username or Password
- Lookup Membership
- Select your verification option
- Enter verification code create your new password
If you’ve attempted an incorrect password multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. Please wait 24 hours before trying again, or reach out to a Team Member at your local club for assistance.
