To put your membership on hold, login to the In-Shape Fitness app or Member Hub and follow these steps:

A cancellation shall be deemed submitted on the date it is received, whether via email or certified mail, the date the Cancel Me webform was completed, or, in the case of in-person cancellation at an In-Shape Family Fitness club, upon issuance of the In-Shape Fitness email confirming receipt of the cancellation request. Please refer to your Membership agreement for additional agreement details and terms.
To cancel Personal Training, you must request a cancellation at least 30 days prior to the cancellation effective date. You may notify us of your cancellation either (1) via email to cancelmypt@inshape.com, (2) via first class mail to In-Shape Fitness Member Services, 6507 Pacific Ave #344, Stockton, CA 95207 (to insure we receive your notice, we recommend using certified mail return-receipt requested), or (3) in-person at a physical In-Shape Family Fitness location.
